Pricing

My base price package for a wedding film is $3,000.

What does this get me?

A 7 - 10 minute highlight video of the day with all the best moments (see wedding film samples above). Every video is different, therefore the final length of your video will be determined after all video content has been captured. You can rest assured I will give you a detailed, fully produced, video.

Do you travel?

I am based out of Lincoln, NE, but I do travel! Travel exceeding 100 miles requires reimbursement for expenses which might include mileage, flight, and hotel. If I am able to DRIVE to your location, I will estimate mileage cost and charge a flat fee for mileage, and client will be responsible for up to two nights lodging. If I FLY, client is responsible for booking flights and 2 nights lodging.

Timeline/Hour Limit?

In most cases, there is no limit to the hours I will be on site. I’m there as long as you need me to make sure your story is captured completely. Typically, I arrive as the bridal party begins getting ready, and I leave around an hour into the reception activities, depending on what special moments you want in your video.

How does payment work?

Payment for your wedding video works in a two-step process. An initial $1,000 deposit on the date of the initial client contract signing, and the final payment costs are fulfilled a week before the wedding. I accept VENMO and CHECKS.

When will I receive my wedding film?

Wedding films are typically delivered within 6-12 weeks of wedding date depending on business season.

Audio?

Yes! I have two DJI Wireless Pro microphones used to capture audio from the ceremony, private vows, etc. Typically the groom and officiant are mic’d.

Will I get raw footage from the day?

Taking a raw un-edited video file and turning it into a completed deliverable product is a LONG and difficult process. This is why raw footage is not typically available at the surface price. How will I receive my video?

Your wedding film will be sent through Dropbox and a private YouTube link for downloading and viewing.

What if I want something about my film changed or edited?

The video sent to you is the final product of your wedding video. I will do everything to make certain we are on the same page, please be clear and direct on your expectations for the day and provide SPECIFIC requests beforehand. If you decide after receiving your video that you want to add certain elements, I will provide you with an estimated cost for any requested changes.

Add-ons

Second Shooter

Price: $1,000 + Travel Fees

What are the benefits of having a second videographer? Having a two-person team ensures every little moment of your big day is captured. Multiple angles, double the potential for key moments to be caught. The second shooters I hire out typically have drone access as well, adding even more to your wedding film and ensuring you love the final product. If this Add-on is requested, I will confirm second-shooter availability during initial conversations and provide full details before the Initial Client Contract is sent.

Special Moments

Price: $500-$1,000

If you want to have extended, separate video of moments like speeches, private vows, first looks, etc., this add-on will allow you to have more re-watchable moments from your big day. Client is responsible for discussing key moments they’d like captured, and I will deliver a fair price detailed in the initial client contract.

Ceremony Video

Price: $600

Want your ceremony recorded from start to finish? I will use a tripod and updated-version I-Phone to capture video and sync it with the audio from the DJI Wireless mics to ensure you have a high-quality recording of your whole ceremony. Client is responsible for ensuring the venue has a designated spot for ceremony video recordings.

NOTE: ALL FEES PAID IN NEBRASKA ARE SUBJECT TO SALES TAX AT 7%.

10 Simple Steps for me to film your wedding…

1.        FILL OUT THE WEDDING CLIENT FORM ABOVE. Select a price, detail all the moments from your special day, and select any “Add-Ons” you would like.

2.        I will review the information.

3.        You and I will have an initial phone call or zoom call to discuss your special day and review contract.

4.        I will send over initial client contract.

5.        You sign initial client contract and send to me, along with deposit.

6.        A week before wedding (or at any previous time you’d like), you send me the remaining balance on your contract.

7.        You get married.

8.        I simultaneously film a sick wedding film for you.

9.        I send wedding film within 2-3 months of wedding date.

10.    You watch it and re-live the best day of your life.
